When you feel pulled toward the old ways but don't know where to begin... when your abuela's remedies live only in memory... when you sense your ancestors close but can't quite reach them... many believe it's your spirit asking you to come home.

For generations, las brujas (witches) and las curanderas (healers) of Mexico have listened to the call of the land. They've used spells, prayer, and ritual to bring healing and spiritual resilience to their comunidades (communities), and to keep the line to their ancestors open.

In Bruja Curandera, Wendy Mata opens that inheritance to you. She's a fifth-generation bruja curandera, an initiated shaman, a fire priestess, and the founder of Bruja Power Botanica. She writes in both English and Spanish throughout, and she shows how anyone can use these practices to deprogram the mind, free the spirit, and reconnect with the ancestors.

Inside, you'll find:

Spells and rituals from Mexican curanderismo and brujería that you can do at home
Recipes that practitioners have long turned to for healing and spiritual care
Exercises that may help you let go of old patterns and reclaim your inner power
Ancestor work to help you honor and reconnect with the ones who walk behind you
