Let's face it, we could all use more money. Whether you want to take a trip and have some fun, or you have run into some serious expenses you didn't expect, more money could always make things a little easier for you. You may work hard and give it your all, but sometimes, a little bit of magic can really help. Consider these three rituals for bringing money to you.

Cold Hard Cash

This spell relies on the fact that people who have money tend to keep it. This is a great drawing ritual, but it is important to remember that because it is cold, it can work a bit slowly. This is a good choice if you've got something you want to save your money for. The idea is that once you have earned the money you draw in, you will be able to keep it until you are ready to spend it.

For this ritual, you are going to need a handkerchief in any color, though black or green is best. Once it gets dark turn out the lights and spread the handkerchief out in a pool of moonlight. If there isn't any moonlight, the light from a street lamp outside will do. What you are looking for is light associated with the night rather than the day.

Drop a few pinches of dried calendula - which is yellow like gold - into the handkerchief. Next, add a few silver coins - nickels, quarters or dimes. Tie all of the ingredients together in the handkerchief, knotting it tight so that none of the contents can easily fall out.

Hold the knotted fabric tightly in your hands, and announce your intentions for saving the money for out loud. State that you want the money to stay in your pocket and no one else's, and that you'll keep it safe. When you are done, toss the bundle into freezer, and place it all the way to the back. Don't untie it until you have all the money that you need.

Quick and Hot

Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances or unexpected expenses, you need money fast. If you are in a situation where you need money right away, this ritual is the one for you.

To start with, light our Big Al Big Money candle and place a small dish in front of you. Once the candle has started burning, start talking fast about why you need the cash, and how you are going to get it. This is a great way to get a little more confidence going into a big event, and it can also get the right kind of energy going.

Into the dish in front of you, drop a cinnamon stick, a pinch of cayenne pepper, a pinch of devil's shoestring, and then add a few drops of our Quick Money Oil into the mix as well. Talk about how much you need the money, how soon you are going to need it, and what you are going to do as soon as you get it.

Sit and concentrate with this thought in your head. Let yourself be consumed by it. Wait until the candle has burned down at least half an inch or more, and then blow it out and get up decisively. Do something that is associated with making the money you want right away, whether its putting on your work clothes or to doing a little paperwork. After that, you can clean up. This is a hot drawing ritual, and it relies on action.

Money Bath

Sometimes, you just need a little more money in general, and this spell makes you the focus of all your money luck. Wait for a day when things are quiet, and you can get the bathroom all to yourself for a while. Scrub the bathroom until it is clean, and then fill the tub with hot water, just hot enough that you can sit in it comfortably. It is important that it not be too hot for you, so keep it a little cooler than you might otherwise.
